Fueled by resilience, grit, and an unshakeable belief that people are capable of more than they know, my values and lived experience have shaped everything I do as a coach, advisor, and speaker across technology, financial services, and corporate leadership.

In my early 20s, a defining moment changed the trajectory of my life. Someone saw me, really saw me, at a time when I couldn't see myself. It propelled me forward in ways I never thought possible.

Later, in an executive seat at a Fortune 100 company, the lesson came again — harder this time. Toxic leadership. Stalled progress. A culture that drained rather than developed. I began to question the very strengths that had gotten me there.

So I left. I took with me a draft manuscript I'd started years earlier and a clarity about what leadership could and should look like.
