Fueled by curiosity, resilience, and an unshakable belief that people are capable of more than they know, my values and lived experience have shaped everything I do as a coach, advisor, and speaker.
In my early 20s, a defining moment changed the trajectory of my life. Someone saw me, really saw me, at a time when I couldn't see myself. It propelled me forward in ways I never thought possible.
I went on to spend more than 20 years inside a Fortune 100 company, ultimately leading enterprise strategy, transformation, and complex operations as an executive. I worked at the intersection of business strategy, technology, talent, and execution, leading through growth, complexity, and change.
Along the way, I learned something that has shaped how I think about leadership ever since:
