I know what it’s like to feel stuck, burned out, and out of alignment—I’ve been there.
Growing up in a chaotic environment and facing significant challenges taught me resilience, focus, and the power of transformation. These experiences became the foundation for my commitment to helping others create clarity, confidence, and momentum in their lives.
After years as a Fortune 100 executive, I founded HUMENX to guide ambitious leaders like you on your own journey of transformation. My STARpower Framework is the culmination of my life’s work—helping you align your energy, harness your potential, and create a life and career you love.
Based between Boston and New York City, I combine business strategy, coaching expertise, and personal growth tools to empower leaders to unlock their STARpower, lead boldly, and live fully.
