I'm Jenn Cloutier, a strategic advisor, executive coach, and leadership speaker.
My work brings together more than 20 years inside a Fortune 100 company and a belief that has shaped my own life: we have choices in how we respond, how we relate, and what we do next.
In my early twenties, I was struggling in college and in relationships. I felt stuck, and I couldn't see how to change things.
Then a dean looked at my transcript and asked, “What happened to you?” That question gave me room to look at my life differently. A philosophy professor introduced me to Epictetus and the idea of focusing on what I could control.
I began to see choices I hadn't recognized before. I finished my degree while working full time and built a career that would have been hard to imagine from where I started.
That experience still shapes the way I coach. When you're in the middle of something difficult, another perspective can help you see a way forward.

Over more than two decades in a Fortune 100 financial services company, I grew from communications roles into executive leadership, working across enterprise strategy, transformation, and complex operations.
I led through competing priorities, difficult decisions, and the pressure to deliver. As an executive, I governed a $300M+ transformation portfolio that delivered $198M+ in run-rate value.
Across that work, I saw how a leader's choices affected everyone around them. How they communicated, involved people, and followed through influenced whether a strategy became part of the way the business worked.
That is the experience I bring into the room today.
