Self-leadership is taking conscious control of your choices instead of running on autopilot. It's leading yourself first — making decisions from clarity instead of fear, courage instead of comfort, and intention instead of reaction.
At its core, self-leadership begins with self-worth — the unshakeable knowing of who you are and your inherent value. When you truly know and value yourself, everything else flows: how you show up, how you relate, and how you lead with intention.
Most people let life happen to them. Self-leaders happen to life.
I work with high-achieving professionals who know they’re meant for more, but keep overthinking, second-guessing, and playing small out of fear. Fear of failure, success, judgment, not being enough.
You’re done with that, aren’t you? Good. It’s tough work — and the most rewarding work you’ll ever do.
I wasn't always this way. In my 20s, my life was a wreck — tangled in toxic relationships, failing out of college, feeling betrayed, lonely, unseen.
Then one day, a dean at my local college looked at my transcript, looked at me, and simply asked: “What happened to you?”
It cracked the door. A philosophy professor flung it wide open by handing me a thin handbook by Epictetus. Focus on what you can control.
That single idea changed my perspective in an instant. (Yes, really!) It became my anchor as I rebuilt my life — finishing my degree while working full time, falling in love with business and my now husband, eventually climbing to a Fortune 100 executive role.
Years later, standing at the top of that Fortune 100 staircase, I saw a deer locked behind the corporate fence. She was trapped. And I realized — I was, too. That moment became my turning point.
I walked away and brought to life the framework I’d built to keep myself free; no more autopilot. Today it’s called the C12 Power System™: 12 Principles of Powerful Self-Leadership.
This one pinched a bit (ouch!), but I get it, you don't know me. Here are the truths you need to know.
I'm ICF-certified and, before launching my practice, I spent over 25 years in Corporate, including as a Fortune 100 executive creating and executing on visions and strategies, launching products, and leading people. Lots and lots of people. My favorite part was seeing people succeed and grow with clarity, confidence, and courage.
The biggest truth? Meaning the real reason is that I've been where you are. I know what it's like to feel stuck, scared, and smaller than you really are. And I know the way out.
Investment in yourself is always worth it, and I believe everyone deserves access to personal growth resources regardless of their budget.
I've designed programs at every investment level because transformation shouldn't be limited by finances. Whether you're starting with free resources or ready for intensive 1:1 work, there's a path that fits your current situation.

I'm obsessed with self-leadership because I lived without it first. During my own transformation, I had a theme song playing in my mind: "I Hate People..." from the 1970 film "Scrooge." It was pure defense mechanism — because the truth was, I loved people deeply, but felt safer keeping them at arm's length.
Like me back then, most people drift through life without clear direction or purpose, building walls instead of bridges.
Today, I'm building The Bold Revolution of self-leaders who dare to write their own permission slips, dismantle the bullshit, and create lives that are wildly possible.
I believe you're the most powerful person you'll ever know — and I'm tired of watching brilliant people shrink to make others comfortable.
That's my "why." What's YOUR why? What brought you here? What would become possible if you started leading yourself toward the life you actually want?
Being scared to make changes is completely normal. It's why most people choose to stay where they are.
This question reminds me of the famous quote by William S. Burroughs, "When you stop growing you start dying."
What's important to know is fear isn't the enemy; staying stuck is. Every bold move starts with fear and moves forward anyway. And that's not courage despite the fear; that's courage because of it. Make bold moves, my friend.
You stop second-guessing yourself. You speak up in meetings, and in your life. You go for the promotion, the business venture, the lofty goal you set for yourself. You also get clarity and set boundaries. You launch the thing. You lead yourself first — and everything else follows.
The C12 System's 12 principles of powerful self-leadership guide you to lead boldly, live fully, and impact deeply.
Creative think time, writing, long walks, my morning coffee, and, of course, really great hats.
Getting personal — I love it! I'm drawn to deep communication and building lasting connections. What calms my soul: salt air and time by the sea, cozy cafés, crafting French macarons, and creating personalized experiences for people I care about.
I slip into flow states easily where time disappears completely, meaning I often get called out for being late or entrenched in whatever has my attention. You'll catch me setting timers to stay on track.
